Ke flinched a little, but smiled. "If you don't mind me asking..." She glanced away, fidgeting a bit before looking back at her. "Do you do anything with your hair?" There was a twinkle in her eye. "I mean, it just looks so soft, I wanted to know if you did anything with it to get it like that." And then she remembered that she looks exactly like a boy. "...F-for my sister."

Aymbra quirked an eyebrow. "Nothing special, really."
"She dyes it!" Talin said, coming up and putting an around around Aymbra's neck like they were good ol' buddies... which they were. XD
"I do not. I just have grey hair. I guess it being so soft is compensation for an unnatural-at-my-age hair color." She looked at the girl. "You should grow your hair out~ It's so short! It makes you look sort of like a guy, y'know? No offense..." >__>;;
"Wow, Aym. Way to offend 'im."

Ke raised a finger and opened her mouth to retort, but kind just stood there. Fake it Ke, fake it. You're a boy. You're a boy. You're a boy. She coughed. "S-Sorry, I'm not a girl..." She then enforced that statement by flexing her biceps, which were indeed prominent. "Anyways, I didn't mean anything about the color, although it is pretty." She smiled and chuckled (on purpose, to enforce her statement more.) "My sister's been trying all these weird things to make her hair seem softer, but none of them seem to work." Obviously avoiding the awkward situation of genders. She glanced at Talin, who seemed to be only slightly taller than her. "Is this your boyfriend?" She asked Aymbra, to keep the conversation moving in a different direction.

Aymbra's eyebrow shot in the air. "Uh... huh. A boy. Yeah."
Talin started to shake his head, "Ha ha --"
"Yes, he is!" she said suddenly, not sure of what to make of this girl-boy. "You can't have him." She grabbed onto Talin's arm and cuddled it.
The fuck? Talin thought. o___O

"You're a lucky man." He winked at Talin, as if to say 'I'd tap that.' Though she wouldn't. She's not bisexual. Sorry Aymbra. Not this time. "Anyways, I haven't seen you around town. Are you new here?"

ACKKKK
Sorry I haven't posted lately! I'll edit this in a minute. D:
EDIT:
Cieran was completely taken aback by Misha freaking out like that. He was sure he hadn’t ever come across anyone who’d reacted that way to someone asking for directions. But it wasn’t the time to just stand there and stare at her, so he decided to, well, forget about it for the time being. “That’d be great, thank you!” Cieran smiled politely, relieved that he didn’t have to spend the rest of the evening walking around the market aimlessly – even though, y’know, he could just ask someone else for directions... “And uh... sorry about scaring you like that – I seriously didn’t mean to do that!” he added with a nervous laugh.
Now I feel stupid saying I was going to edit this 'in a minute'. < x <

YESSSSSSSSS AZUEI EDITED YAAAAAY And as always I didn't notice until like.. LAAAAAATER.
With a relieved smile, Misha folded her hands together in her lap and rocked on her feet. "It is quite alright, it is not your fault. I have this... problem..." Her smile faded for a moment, but she snapped out of it, shaking her head, and with a widened smile, laughed. "Well, let us be off! Misha put her hands out in a grand "hostess" gesture, directing the way to start walking, and waited for Cieran to move ahead, staring at him with twinkling green, blue, and grey eyes.
Sumera groggily drifted around, sighing gloomily. She hovered a few inches over the floor, slowly inching up and down as if she were a boat on ocean waves. Glancing out the window, the Noppera-bo sighed even louder, her voice echoing eerily out from her mouth and down to the street below. A little boy, only about eight or nine, stopped, cocking his head to one side, as if he had heard something that was very unfamiliar to him. He glanced up, seeing into the window and noticing Sumera floating there. Sumera was excited to see that the little boy started to totter over to the warehouse's door. It was time to practice her art. She glided over to the door of the room on the second floor and sunk through the floorboards.

Sooorry it took me so long before! I promise to try to post quicker now ^^
“Oh... Alright.” Cieran muttered, looking away awkwardly for a moment. It was obvious that Misha didn’t really want to talk about whatever her problem was, so Cieran was glad that Misha changed the subject pretty quickly. He started walking in the direction Misha pointed to, walking a few steps ahead of her. After a few steps, he turned around, his expression thoughtful, “So... uh, how long are you staying here for?” Cieran asked, attempting to make conversation while they walked.

Please and thank you! <3 "Ah, I am just wandering around. I don't know how long I will stay here." Misha darted to Cieran's side, and starting leading the way. "I have been trying to just see what I can do on my own... If you are understanding my thought process." She paused in her thinking, suddenly embarrassed with her way of speaking. Making a quick vow to try to talk like the people around her, she turned her head towards Cieran and said to him "Oh, I am... I'm Misha." The queerness of the contraction made her lips feel strange, but she ignored it. "Oh, well, what about yourself?"

Cieran smiled openly back at Misha, “That’s basically how it is for me too. I’ve been, err... Moving around a lot lately.” That was probably the best way to put it. “Oh, sorry I forgot we hadn’t given each other our names yet.” Cieran laughed, “I’m Cieran. Nice to meet you, Misha!” He held out his hand politely for Misha to shake, totally forgetting about her 'problem' for that moment, and just trying to be nice.

It's not rubbish! O: You're doing great.
Misha started to reach out, but she bashfully retracted her hand and played with the hem of her shirt. "Umm, well, I despise beginning a conversation his way, however I feel obliged as to warn you of my phobia. I have chiroptophobia, you see... 'fear of being touched'." Misha felt as if her warm smile wasn't doing anything for her hasty and straightforward explanation. "I hope it does not make things any more difficult for you, seeing as you are having a... Well, a difficult time, in my terms." She kicked a small pebble that arrived at her feet as she walked.
....I dunno, this post seems so awkward.

Cieran’s mouth opened slightly in shock as he dropped his hand back down to his side, “Oh... That’s... I’m sorry. That must be really... awful for you.” He muttered, suddenly feeling extremely awkward. He averted his eyes, suddenly interested in the nearest market vendor. But something told him that was probably the sort of thing Misha heard all the time from anyone. “But... uh, no it doesn’t make things difficult at all!” He said a little too brightly, turning back to Misha with a smile, “I mean, uhh... everyone’s got something they don’t like, I mean... I don’t like spiders and erm... yeah, that’s not the same thing... is it?” Realising he was babbling, Cieran decided that now was probably the time to just shut up.

Sorry for not posting yet, I havent been on for a while...D;
"Wow...it's so crowded..." Hikari mumbled to herself, trying to edge her way through the streams of people swirling by. Being around so many people made her nervous; there were so many faces she didn't recognize, and none of them were very friendly. Besides, quite a few were staring at her. I guess I'm not exactly inconspicuous...she thought, sighing internally. Yes, her clothes definitely stood out, along with the jewels adorning her dress, bag and hair. "Oh...what might that be?" she asked out loud. Something on a vending stall had caught her eye - a small, perfectly round stone, and of the most vivid, beautiful blue she had ever seen. Curious, she gently picked it up, gasping at how unexpectedly smooth it was, like glass, only much sturdier. "Wow...I've never seen something like this before!" she exclaimed excitedly. "Ah, yes. That stone there...that's really something. You've got quite the eye, young lady," the vendor noted, smiling. Hikari didn't respond, too busy examining the strange stone. "How much?" she asked after a while. She hadn't really come out here to shop at all, but she always had some emergency money in her purse. She hoped it was enough - it was really the most beautiful thing she had ever seen. "Twenty silver coins." Nodding, Hikari opened her small purse and counted out the amount, careful to bend over the latch so no one could see inside. She didn't want to be stared at more than she was now, or give anyone a reason to mug her or anything. She shivered at the thought. "Here you go," she said, handing the man the money he'd asked. He smiled politely and gave her the pretty stone in return, and she slowly began to drift away in the general direction of the manor. The stone was still in her hands, and she held it up higher as she walked, letting it catch the sunlight. It was slightly translucent, making it sparkle when the light hit it. As she was walking, she was so caught up in the stone's beauty that she didn't notice two people walking in her direction until she crashed right into them. She collided with the younger of the two, a girl around her age; the impact made them both fall to the ground, and made Hikari drop the blue stone she'd just bought. "Oww..." she moaned, rubbing her head. "I-I'm so sorry, I didn't...I didn't see you..." Realizing her hand was empty, she gasped, glancing quickly from side to side. "Ah...the stone!" she hissed. "Oh, no, no, no..."
I hope that's okay D; I don't really know how to go on, so...yeah.

By this time, Bane had arrived in town, though she wasn't exactly getting a warm welcome. There were many stares and mothers hurried their children away as she took long strides through the town. When she asked for the market, the man she asked stuttered like he had a knife to his throat. Bane looked naturally intimidating; Lovely, but intimidating and quite scary. It didn't help that she still had several birds perched on her head and shoulders. As soon as she reached the market, she scoured every vendor for stones. She knew the stone would at least be as big as the average man's palm, so that made it easier to search. While she made her way to another vendor's stall, she noticed a young girl that seemed to be dressed finer than the other townspeople, adorned with fine jewelry and such. But she didn't pay much mind to her. Before she could survey the wares that particular vendor had, she felt a smooth texture hit her ankle, and the sound of something hitting the cobblestone-covered ground. Looking down, she quickly spotted a blue stone on the ground near her foot. With no hesitation, she snatched it up, cradling it in her palm as she examined it carefully. She didn't really care if it wasn't hers. If it ended up being the stone, she wouldn't give a damn about anyone in the entire world. She'd probably throw Ighting a bone once and a while for relaying her information and promising her something in return... even though she never really trusted him in the first place.

Wait, Kizuko, were you hinting for us? D: Cause if you were, I dunno if that makes sense seeing as Cieran and Misha have been walking for a while and are pretty much far away from the stand.. Unless you didn't and there just happened to be two people and I AM JUST BEING PARANOID. Hummm... I'm going to assume you weren't, and if you were, then... Well, I can change it using the power of the edit button. ? Misha giggled at Cieran, feeling much more confident and comfortable with the situation. "No, I do not suppose it is the same thing, but if anything at all, you have the right idea. If I were to describe it, I would say... It is more like a person's fear of the dark. It is forever going to be present, and yet you still cannot prevent yourself from being afeared of it." She sighed, even with a subtle smile on her face. She took quick steps to stay in pace with Cieran's stride. "So, you say you dislike spiders?" Misha asked with a laughing grin. ALSO IghtingxBane FOREVER <3 -crackpairingsplz-
