This belongs here cause it's a song from an anime D:<
And it's not linkage. I wasn't sure if I wanted to put this in general or not .___.; Astanine will be the judge of that.
ANYWAY
Anyone ever heard of the manga/anime Ultra Maniac?
The ending song is really nice, and I liked the english lyrics for it, though I couldn't find them anywhere, and the anime only showed the TV size version of the song ;n;
So.... I translated it!
SUCCESSFULLY!
:D
YAY
What I did was I translated the romaji to english (Surprisingly easy) and then moved the words around/changed the phrase up a bit so it made sense. I actually used the Kanji in some parts, so that was fun x3
It's probably not that accurate in terms of what they're really saying in Japanese, but oh well. It's kind of a rough translation XD;
One Common Destiny
I had a dream of you
Seeing the lonesome tear fall
Soon I had become you,
Letting the same tears flow
Attempting to cover up
The angry tears that fall
In the middle of an empty wind
Our emotions become equal in time
I dearly wanted to love you, shaking because I fear
Becoming able to think of this
You to me and me to you
Seeking the strong protection of the night...
A small betrayal
You cannot permit
A chilling pierce through time sets it free
When will you know of this relationship?
I dearly wanted to love you, shaking because I fear
Frightened that the end is near
You to me and me to you
Beginning to take it all away
I dearly wanted to love you, shaking because I fear
We wish to believe in this future
You to me and me to you
Quietly protecting eachother in the night
I dearly wanted to love you, shaking because I fear
Frightened that the end is near
You to me and me to you
Beginning to take it all away
I dearly wanted to love you, shaking because I fear
We wish to believe in this future
You to me and me to you
Quietly protecting eachother in the night
Romaji/Kanji Lyrics
The second verse makes no sense :D
I'm making a more sensible version now, pretty much just re-phrasing or changing a couple words here and there.
And It was after I translated the last paragraph that I realized it was the same one as before OTL.
Oh well.
Good practice
